KPWT 2008
This year the KPWT will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the founding of the KPWT 1998, and as far as the world cup series are concerned, after a beautiful 2007 season closed in New Caledonia with the consecration of the new world champions, Sebastien Garat (FR), Kristin Boese (Ger), Abel Lago (SP), Ainhoa Garcia (SP), Jose Luengo (SP), Hélène Barrière (FR), and Erik Volpe (IT), the 2008 tour is already most promising!
7 to 8 stages are scheduled, among which various re-editions, starting with the opening season at St Gilles Croix de vie, France 28th april / 4th May, the World Cup in Italy, the Jim Beam event in Istambul, Turkey , the Superkite Ceara, Brazil.
The KPWT caravan will also be back to New Caledonia for the Teri Kitesurf Pro, Greece, Paros, and Morocco.
Furthermore, the circuit will also make a stop in new destinations, Portugal with the Santa Cruz ocean spirit Wave Masters Grand Slam, 34 000€ for one discipline !!
